American Outdoor Leadership and Fitness offers Personal Training as well as youth and adult Outdoor wilderness educational programs. Our mission is to get Marylanders outdoors. Utilizing our State and National Parks, we aim to educate adults and youth in courses such as Map and Compass Basics, Hiking Basics and Challenge courses. Our Personal Training services are offered to all fitness levels and begins with a complimentary assessment to discover the individual's goals, pertinent health history and motivations as to WHY they are prioritizing their health and well-being
- Gives us an opportunity to discuss your short and long term fitness and health goals.
- Discover and navigate past barriers in keeping you from achieving your fitness and health goals.
- Obtain data such as weight, body fat and BMI.
- Assess current strength, weaknesses, stamina and Range of motion.
- Discover your PERSONAL WHY'S. (Reasons motivating you to being your best in fitness and health.
Our aim is to develop Youth Leaders utilizing core values such as INTEGRITY, COURAGE, HONOR, and PERSEVERANCE. Courses are offered in group settings as well as individually.
